While this strap isn’t actually called the Leather Belt Strap (rather, it’s nameless), I was one of those kids who got punished with my dad’s leather belt and this thing bears a resemblance while being at least twice as cruel. I.e. if you or your lover also had cruel parents, this thing can be great for a mind fuck. The leather is significantly heavier than that of a belt, but it has a belt-like, pointed tip and the perforations are reminiscent of those used to secure a buckle.
At about twenty inches long, this strap is extremely painful. The point at the tip gives extra bite, so be sure that the end doesn’t always hit the same spot, which shouldn’t be a problem as the toy is actually pretty easy to wield. In fact, it would be ideal for heavy masochists playing with novice tops.
Like all of his items, Bud’s Leather Belt Strap is handmade and of superior quality. The leather is stiff enough that it will take a while to wear out and the handle is a comfortable grip–at least for girls with smaller hands. In addition to being one of the meanest straps I’ve ever used or had used on me, it’s very pretty to look at. Even the company logo, branded into the leather just above the handle, is attractive.
I usually have at least one gripe about any item, but I can’t think of anything wrong with this toy. I suppose if you have larger hands the handle might be a little small, but that’s all I can say against it.
The toy isn’t currently available on the site (I’m given to understand that it’s being revamped), but there are a number of other, quality items available in the meantime!
